NEWCOMERS
- Drink plenty of water throughout day of first class.
- Come with an empty or nearly-empty stomach.
- Arrive 15-20 minutes before class begins to register at front desk.
- Dress in cool comfortable clothes that ‘wick’ moisture; Avoid sweats, heavy shirts.
- Remove shoes and socks.
- Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and towel*
- Avoid heavy perfumes or oils.
