NEWCOMERS

  • Drink plenty of water throughout day of first class.
  • Come with an empty or nearly-empty stomach.
  • Arrive 15-20 minutes before class begins to register at front desk.
  • Dress in cool comfortable clothes that ‘wick’ moisture; Avoid sweats, heavy shirts.
  • Remove shoes and socks.
  • Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and towel*
  • Avoid heavy perfumes or oils.
